Kaitlin is dedicated to providing exceptional client service and reliable support. Known for her attention to detail, responsiveness, and approachable personality, she helps ensure our office runs smoothly and clients feel supported every step of the way.

An avid reader and Sudoku enthusiast who can finish a puzzle in under five minutes, Kaitlin brings strong organization and problem-solving skills to every task. Outside of work, she enjoys restoring her historic home, taking her cat on stroller walks, and spending far more time than expected wandering the aisles of hardware stores while uncovering doorknobs hidden beneath what feels like 127 years of paint. She’s always happy to help clients with questions about accounts, paperwork, or just about anything in between.
